Garlic Parmesan Wings with Ranch Dip

Garlic is one of my favorite ingredients to use when preparing a delicious meal, and today I’m excited to share my recipe for Garlic Parmesan Wings with a creamy Ranch Dip. This dish is perfect for parties, game days, or simply indulging in a delicious snack. Let me walk you through each step to ensure that your wings are both flavorful and succulent!

First, gather your ingredients. For the wings, you’ll need:

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter
  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

For the Ranch Dip, you will require:

  • 1 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Ranch Seasoning Mix

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). To prepare the wings, rinse them under cold water and then pat them dry with a paper towel. This drying process helps achieve a crispy texture when baked!

Next, place the wings in a large mixing bowl. Add in the Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to avoid sticking.

Now it’s time to whip up your garlic sauce! In a small saucepan, melt the Unsalted Butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the Minced Garlic and sauté it for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn! Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Parmesan Cheese until it’s well combined.

Once your wings have baked for about 25 minutes, take them out of the oven and pour the Garlic Parmesan Sauce over them. Toss the wings so that they’re thoroughly coated in this tasty mixture. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.

While the wings are baking, let’s make that Ranch Dip. In a bowl, combine the Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, and Ranch Seasoning Mix. Stir until well blended, and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. This dip adds a cool contrast to the warm, zesty wings.

Finally, when your wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve the wings hot alongside the chilled Ranch Dip. Enjoy your flavorful and satisfying meal! You’ll surely impress anyone who gets to enjoy these Garlic Parmesan Wings!
