  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

  • 4 brioche or dinner rolls
