    This seems to be 2 recipes combined. The photo shows beef over mashed potatoes. The recipe has you pre-heat the oven, but nothing is put in the oven. Potatoes are cooked in the pan, meat cooked in the pan, add vegetables for a “one pot meal”. Would you please review and clarify? I particularly want to make the dish in the photo. Thanks.

      The article is correct so follow the article instructions, I had a problem with recipe cards glitching so i stopped using them but they still exist in some of the articles so ignore the white boxed recipe card and follow article instead.
