Tito’s Strawberry Coconut Mojito 🍓🌴

If you’re a mojito lover with a taste for tropical flavors, this Tito’s Strawberry Coconut Mojito is your dream drink. It’s a sun-kissed twist on the classic mojito—sweet strawberries, refreshing mint, tangy lime, and hydrating coconut water come together with Tito’s Handmade Vodka to create a sip-worthy cocktail that’s perfect for patios, pool days, or brunch with friends.

Why I Love This Recipe

It’s fresh, fizzy, fruity, and just the right amount of boozy. The muddled strawberries and mint bring brightness, while coconut water adds a smooth tropical vibe. Tito’s Handmade Vodka keeps it clean and crisp, making this drink super refreshing without being too sweet. It’s vacation in a glass—no passport required.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water, cooled)
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • Strawberry slices and mint sprigs, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, gently muddle the fresh strawberries and mint leaves to release their juices and oils. Don’t over-muddle the mint—it should be fragrant, not bitter.

2. Add the Liquids:

Pour in the Tito’s Handmade Vodka, coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup.

3. Shake it Up:

Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds, until everything is chilled and well blended.

4. Strain and Pour:

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Top with Fizz:

Top off the cocktail with club soda to your desired level of bubbliness.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with sliced strawberries and a fresh sprig of mint. Serve with a straw and enjoy!

Tips for Success

  • Use ripe strawberries for the sweetest, juiciest flavor.
  • Chill your glass beforehand for a crisp, cool presentation.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup depending on your taste.
  • Want to make it a mocktail? Omit the vodka and double up on coconut water and club soda.

Serving Suggestions & Pairings

This vibrant mojito pairs perfectly with:

  • The Slippery Drank for a boozy cocktail bar experience
  • Blueberry Lemonade for a mocktail pairing at a party
  • Jolly Rancher Edible Shot Glasses for a colorful and fun twist
  • Unicorn Poke Cake as a whimsical dessert pairing
  • Ice Cream Sandwich Cake to beat the heat with a sweet finish

Storage & Make-Ahead Tips

  • Best served fresh, but you can pre-muddle the strawberries and mint and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
  • Make a pitcher version for parties: Multiply ingredients by 4–6x and mix everything except the club soda ahead of time. Add soda just before serving.
  • Leftovers? Store strained base (without soda) in the fridge for up to 1 day.
