Instructions

  1. ✅ Step 1: Cook the Rice: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until tender.
  3. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  4. ✅ Step 2: Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
