Thank you for this tip, I learned Low and Slow is how scrambled eggs should be cooked from my grandmother, brings out the richness of the eggs. Adding the cream is something I will try, makes sense for even richer, creamier taste. I also learned adding a dollop of plain yogurt with a sliced strawberry on top of the scrambled eggs is a decadent addition. And makes it look even more appetizing while delicious. Looking forward to adding the cream next time. Thanks again.
