I have to admit: I was really impressed with this recipe & website. The choices of additional recipes are great to try or plan on a grocery run. Now for this Beef & Cabbage Casserole dish. I am Impressed with how it was written; & the information in it. Right down to the kind of cabbage ought to be used. I only had trouble with the usual print for pdf. So I just did it the old fashioned way.
Now I will make only one suggestion, if I may.
If you would serve a scoop of mashed taters on your plate then ladle this wonderful Casserole on top of mashed taters! Heres the kicker part: in my family are inherited recipes is one in particular called:
Bubbles and Squeak. When mom & I discovered it written in the book, we chuckled at the name. Then we made it. It was delicious even before it went into the oven. To our surprise the very same recipe was mentioned two different ×'s on the Andy Griffin Show. Opie was with a man from England and Aunt B was visiting somewheres. We really couldn't believe our ears. So this recipe of yours not only sounds delicious but it also brought back wonderful memories that we can share with the next generation. Thank you so very much= Mahalo Nui Loa. Enjoy your day & thanks (Mahalo) for sharing.
