I was excited to try your &quot;overnight biga&quot; method, but was confused by the differences between the amounts given in the narrative and the printable recipe.    The narrative seemed straightforward but, in the recipe, it looks like steps 1 and 2 overlap with step 3 (both call for 1 cup of flour and combined they require 6 teaspoons of yeast); step 4 uses an additional 4 cups of the flour, so I wasn&#039;t clear if I needed 4 or 5 or 6 cups of flour in total (and how much yeast?)  Please help!  Thanks.]]></description>
