The article is correct so follow the article instructions, I had a problem with recipe cards glitching so i stopped using them but they still exist in some of the articles so ignore the white boxed recipe card and follow article instead.

The photo shows beef over mashed potatoes. The recipe has you pre-heat the oven, but nothing is put in the oven. Potatoes are cooked in the pan, meat cooked in the pan, add vegetables for a “one pot meal”. Would you please review and clarify? I particularly want to make the dish in the photo. Thanks.
