I have seen the Classic Liver recipe twice now, in two days, from different chefs. That is confirmation for me that I need to try to make this dish. I love liver and onions with some good ole mashed potatoes. I used to love my mother's liver and onions. But she has been gone for more than 60 years. The one time I made it; it was like leather in gravy. I should be able to make it perfect, this time, with this simple recipe and your great instructions. I didn't know the liver needed to be soaked in milk for the most optimal flavor. I can't wait to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing.
